Riyadh Air (RX), based in Saudi Arabia’s capital, is a newly launched national carrier with ambitions to redefine the future of aviation. The airline is building a digitally native operation designed to connect the Kingdom with more than 100 destinations and position Saudi Arabia as a major global center for travel and trade.
Role Overview
This position is focused on maintaining highly organized, compliant, and dependable tool stores support for line maintenance. The successful candidate will help ensure that tools are kept in serviceable condition, handled correctly, and made available when needed to support maintenance operations without interruption.
The role calls for a strong technical foundation, close attention to detail, and a consistent commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient day-to-day store operations aligned with GACA requirements and company procedures.
Key Accountabilities
You will oversee tool storage activities and maintain control over tools used in maintenance support. The job involves ensuring proper storage, segregation, packaging, shelf-life monitoring, calibration control, and accurate data management.
You will also build productive working relationships with Maintenance Duty Managers to strengthen the stores process and provide smooth support to line maintenance teams. In addition, you will help safeguard health and safety standards while ensuring tools remain documented, controlled, and ready for use.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant holds a diploma or an equivalent qualification and has 2 to 5 years of experience in the airline, MRO, or aerospace sector. A solid understanding of tools management and storekeeping practices is important for success in this role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively with Maintenance Duty Managers and frontline maintenance teams. A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to high standards are also essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional advantage will be given to candidates who have completed Logistics Management Skill Course training, hold an IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations certification, have basic familiarity with airframe and engine manufacturers, and can obtain the required police security clearance.
