About the Role
Riyadh Air is hiring an experienced cabin leader for the Purser role. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-responsibility onboard environment and wants to take a leading position within the cabin crew.
In this role, you will act as the key point of leadership in the cabin, setting the tone for service, safety, and teamwork. You will support a premium guest experience across both Premium and Economy cabins while helping the flight run smoothly from departure to arrival.
What the Role Involves
- Leading the cabin team and helping them perform at their best.
- Representing the airline’s standards for hospitality and safety on every flight.
- Managing guest issues in a calm, polished, and professional manner.
- Working closely with ground staff and flight crew to ensure a seamless journey.
Candidate Profile
- You should bring a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
- You need to be able to think quickly, make sound decisions, and remain composed when pressure builds.

Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a flying role, including onboard leadership responsibilities.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are considered an advantage.
