About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Product Manager to join our remote team in the United States. This position involves overseeing a specific product domain, driving successful product delivery, and ensuring alignment with overarching business goals. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams, including engineering, design, client relations, and senior management, to formulate and implement product strategies that meet genuine customer needs and support business expansion. Reporting to a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the product roadmap, determining feature priorities, and facilitating agile processes to guarantee efficient and timely product releases. A key aspect of your role will be to develop a deep understanding of customer segments, validate proposed solutions through collaborative efforts, and spearhead change management to ensure the effective adoption of new functionalities. You will also be tasked with establishing key performance indicators, analyzing performance data, and using these insights to drive continuous product enhancement.
