Role Overview

This opportunity is for a Junior Product Manager focused on AI within an AI-led mental health startup. The company is building technology to improve psychedelic therapy and tailor treatment plans for a patient base of more than 90,000 people. In this position, you will work closely with an execution-oriented team that uses AI and low-code tools to accelerate delivery of mental health solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and improve autonomous AI agents using n8n and related automation tools to support personalized patient treatment paths.
• Review product and clinical data to identify patterns and opportunities, then translate those insights into new features that can improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Plan and run A/B tests and fast-moving experiments to evaluate the impact of AI initiatives and dosage optimization models.
• Contribute directly to feature building and product iteration with a hands-on, delivery-first approach.
• Help connect behavioral science insights with practical product decisions and technical execution.

What the Employer Is Looking For

• A background in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Biology, or another related life science or behavioral science discipline, supported by strong academic or clinical grounding.
• Curiosity about technology, demonstrated through practical exposure to AI APIs, workflow automation, or low-code platforms such as n8n.
• An entrepreneurial way of thinking, along with strong communication skills.
• Ability to turn complex patient needs into clear, measurable, data-informed product ideas.

Additional Details

Salary: USD 60,000 to USD 65,000 per year.
