About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Marketing Manager on behalf of a partner company. This role is responsible for overseeing the monthly creative planning for paid media campaigns and executing go-to-market asset deployment across various digital and paid media channels. You will manage and assess the performance of creative assets, utilizing data to drive optimization efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for trafficking new creative assets to media partners, managing launch timelines, and generating reports on creative effectiveness for leadership. A key aspect of this position involves analyzing campaign performance data to inform creative strategy and budget allocation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly creative planning process for paid media campaigns.
- Deploy go-to-market assets across digital and paid media channels from start to finish.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative assets, making data-driven adjustments for improvement.
- Facilitate the delivery of new creative assets to media partners and ensure timely launches.
- Generate insights and reports on the effectiveness of campaign creatives for senior management.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to guide creative strategy and budget decisions.
Requirements
- Possess 2-4 years of recent marketing experience, specifically in planning, developing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
- Demonstrate practical experience with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to convert performance data into practical recommendations.
- Showcase a self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Proven track record of initiating projects and consistently enhancing performance.
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with different departments.
