About the company

You will be joining a major European banking organization that delivers digital financial services for saving and investing to a large customer base across private and institutional segments. The business is focused on secure, intuitive digital banking products and continuous innovation in the financial technology space.

The role

This position is centered on understanding how users move through digital journeys and identifying where improvements can increase conversion and reduce friction. The role also supports the development of trading and brokerage experiences, with an emphasis on unlocking business value through better customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

  • Review conversion paths, user actions, and exit points across mobile, web, and backend environments.
  • Lead improvement efforts aimed at lifting conversion, lowering drop-off, and improving overall business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of trading and brokerage journeys, focusing on the most valuable conversion opportunities.
  • Work in close partnership with UX, Product Owners, developers, data specialists, and internal business teams to shape, validate, and refine ideas and hypotheses.
  • Develop functional specifications, analytical outputs, and decision-making inputs with a strong focus on measurable business impact and conversion growth.
  • Set acceptance criteria and define KPIs for product features and optimisation initiatives.

Requirements

  • A completed degree and multiple years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within a digital setting.
  • Practical exposure to, or a strong curiosity about, conversion optimisation, funnel analysis, experimentation, or A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical ability along with experience in requirements engineering.
  • Early exposure to digital brokerage, investment, or trading products is considered an advantage.
  • Interest in working across mobile, web, and backend system environments.
  • Knowledge of agile product development and experience working with engineering teams.

Benefits

  • 30 paid vacation days each year, plus extra special leave days.
  • A hybrid setup with the option to work from a mobile office up to three days per week.
  • Access to broad professional growth opportunities and international career paths.
  • Support with public transport costs, as well as car and bicycle leasing subsidies.
