About the Role

We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join a prominent healthcare organisation based in South Dublin. This position offers the chance to grow within a supportive and highly experienced HR team, gaining valuable exposure to intricate employee relations and industrial relations cases. Initially, the role will require onsite presence to facilitate onboarding, with a future transition to a hybrid work model alongside a condensed working week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with management teams to offer practical, actionable HR advice and support.
  • Handle employee relations cases such as attendance issues, performance management, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Coach and enable managers to develop confidence and capability in their people management roles.
  • Assist in maintaining high levels of employee engagement within a purpose-driven workplace.
  • Engage with industrial relations and unionized settings for comprehensive HR oversight.
  • Maintain compliance by ensuring all HR policies, processes, and documentation are consistent and fair.
  • Contribute to HR projects, organizational change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Utilize HR data and reporting to deliver insights and inform managerial decision-making.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of three years of experience in HR roles with a solid foundation in employee relations and case management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation paired with passion for further developing employee relations expertise.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to build constructive relationships with managers and offer them credible support.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Interest or experience in healthcare, public sector, unionized, regulated, or large-scale operational environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
