Role overview
In this position, you will design, develop, and deploy web-based tools and system integrations that improve business operations and support the company’s digital transformation plans. You will contribute across the full stack, take part in implementation work for ERP, SaaS, and internal platforms, and help improve day-to-day processes through automation. This role suits someone who enjoys converting process flows into practical software and working closely with different teams.
What you will do
- Build, test, update, and support small web applications, internal portals, and microservices.
- Create responsive interfaces that are easy to use and aligned with modern UI/UX standards.
- Support the launch of business systems such as ERP modules and SaaS tools.
- Develop and maintain connections between systems using REST or GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Turn documented workflows and operational pain points into automation scripts and lightweight applications.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through bots, scheduled tasks, and serverless solutions.
- Create Google Apps Script solutions that integrate Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and external APIs.
- Write efficient, secure, and maintainable code while improving database queries and front-end performance.
- Apply security standards consistently in every feature and enhancement.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements.
- Provide second-line support for internal applications and resolve user-facing technical issues.
Required profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is needed.
- At least 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience is preferred; personal projects and internships may be counted.
- Strong working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue, along with RESTful APIs, is expected.
- Practical use of Google Apps Script or similar scripting tools for Google Workspace automation is required, along with exposure to Google Cloud Platform.
- Working understanding of relational databases, data modelling basics, and SQL is needed.
- Familiarity with Git and Agile or Scrum delivery methods is important.
- You should bring strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and clear written and spoken communication.
- Helpful extras include experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS, CI/CD pipelines, or low-code and RPA tools.
