Job description

Role Overview

Join a fast-moving team in Lusail, Qatar, where you will support revenue growth by managing client accounts from initial outreach through onboarding, execution, reporting, and wrap-up. This role centers on building tailored marketing solutions, keeping internal teams aligned on deliverables, and nurturing client partnerships through clear communication and practical problem-solving.

Business Development and Account Management

  • Source, pitch, and close marketing service opportunities with event organizers and partners.
  • Own a portfolio of client accounts across the full journey, including onboarding, campaign planning, delivery, reporting, and account closure.
  • Create customized proposals, budget plans, and performance projections for client campaigns.

Campaign Coordination and Reporting

  • Work closely with internal teams to manage campaign outputs, creative assets, ad operations, and reporting requirements.
  • Share regular updates, performance insights, and ROI-focused recommendations with clients.
  • Help campaigns run smoothly by following internal workflows and established operational standards.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and expectation setting.
  • Respond with solution-focused support to keep accounts moving and clients satisfied.
  • Look for opportunities to expand revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

On-Ground Support

  • When needed, be present at live event operations to support coordination on site.

Experience and Skills

The role is suited to professionals with 2–3 years of experience in events, account management, sales, business development, or similar work. A background in events, entertainment, or ticketing will be an added advantage. Strong communication and presentation skills are important, along with the ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities in a busy environment. Success in this role also depends on a relationship-led mindset, negotiation ability, and sound problem-solving skills.

Language Requirement

English fluency is required. Arabic is considered a plus.
