Location and Work Arrangement
The role is based in Melbourne or Brisbane, Australia and is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of MAWM and/or RELEX solutions.
- Collect, clarify, and record business needs from warehouse and supply chain stakeholders.
- Set up system configurations in line with approved business requirements.
- Contribute to solution design discussions and process improvement efforts.
- Carry out functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Diagnose system problems and work with business and technical teams to resolve them.
- Support releases, production cutovers, and the stabilization period after go-live.
- Track solution performance and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
- Develop training content, user documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Work collaboratively with end users, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
Required Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate should bring 5 to 8 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse management, demand planning, or retail technology settings. Direct, hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) is mandatory. A strong grasp of supply chain, inventory, warehouse, and demand planning workflows is essential, along with practical exposure to implementation support, configuration, testing, and business process validation.
Preferred Background
Experience with RELEX for demand forecasting or replenishment is an advantage. Exposure to retail, distribution, logistics, or eCommerce environments will be helpful, as will familiarity with forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, allocation, and warehouse operations such as receiving, putaway, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping. Knowledge of integration testing, data validation, and Agile delivery methods is also preferred.
Qualifications and Working Style
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills are important for success in this role. The position suits someone comfortable working in cross-functional project environments and supporting both business and technical teams.
