Role Overview
This is a part-time remote contract opportunity for an HR & Administration Specialist supporting an expert network. The role is designed for a flexible workload of 10 to 40 hours per week and is based in the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring activities and the onboarding journey for new team members.
- Handle coordination for payroll processes and administration of employee benefits.
- Draft, update, and evaluate HR policies to maintain legal compliance and smooth internal operations.
- Prepare clear documentation and practical guidance on HR standards and procedures.
- Work with internal stakeholders asynchronously on staffing plans and administrative projects.
- Use HR knowledge to contribute to AI-related research work and enterprise assignments.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in HR operations, recruiting, or administrative leadership.
- Working knowledge of payroll tools, benefits management, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.
- Strong accuracy, structure, and attention to detail.
- Comfort working autonomously in a remote, project-based setup.
