Role Overview
This contract opportunity is for an Adobe Illustrator specialist who can build and deliver training focused on both core Illustrator usage and modern AI-enabled workflows. The role is fully remote and is aimed at helping learners strengthen their practical skills through structured, engaging instruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end training programs covering Adobe Illustrator, with an emphasis on AI-supported features and workflow improvements.
- Facilitate live virtual sessions in an engaging format, adjusting delivery to suit different experience levels and learning preferences.
- Prepare learning resources such as guides, tutorials, and supporting documentation that reinforce the training experience.
- Evaluate learner progress, offer actionable feedback, and refine the training approach to improve outcomes.
- Keep current with new Illustrator releases and AI-related updates, and incorporate those changes into the learning content.
- Work closely with the client team to understand training requirements and ensure the material supports business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator, including practical use of AI-based tools and features.
- Mid-level command of Illustrator with the ability to explain both basic and advanced concepts effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with a clear, supportive, and engaging teaching style.
- Prior experience creating or delivering online training, coaching, or educational content in a professional environment.
- Good planning and time-management abilities, along with careful attention to detail when preparing training materials.
Compensation
The pay range for this contractor role is $21 to $70 per hour.
