Role Overview
The company is hiring a Consultant / Junior Consultant to support growth efforts and deliver search assignments across Singapore and the wider APAC region. The position brings together client development, candidate engagement, and end-to-end search delivery.
You will work alongside senior consultants and leaders to strengthen client relationships, identify suitable talent, and help drive successful recruitment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Client Management
- Assist with new client acquisition and help grow existing relationships in priority industries.
- Carry out market research and mapping to spot potential clients and business opportunities.
- Join client discussions and share market updates as well as talent-related insights.
- Build and maintain professional connections with hiring managers, HR teams, and industry contacts.
Search Execution and Delivery
- Support the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through to successful placement.
- Find, approach, and evaluate candidates using a range of sourcing methods.
- Arrange interviews, manage feedback, and coordinate the hiring workflow.
- Prepare candidate submissions, market intelligence summaries, and talent mapping reports.
- Help with offer negotiation and candidate closure activities.
Team Collaboration and Development
- Partner closely with consultants and leadership to deliver successful search mandates.
- Contribute to revenue goals, KPIs, and overall delivery targets.
- Take part in training, coaching, and professional development activities.
- Support a team culture built on collaboration, accountability, and strong performance.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is needed.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development, customer-facing work, or professional services is preferred.
- Recent graduates with strong commercial drive and solid communication skills are welcome to apply.
- A genuine interest in recruitment, executive search, and talent advisory work is important.
- A commercial approach with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders is required.
- The role suits someone resilient, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong spoken and written communication plus interpersonal skills are essential; English is required and additional Asian languages are an advantage.
