Role Overview
This is a part-time remote opportunity for an HR and administration specialist within an expert network setting. The position is based in Australia and requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week.
What You Will Do
- Assist with recruiting activities and the onboarding journey for new hires.
- Coordinate payroll-related tasks and help administer employee benefits.
- Draft, review, and refine HR policies so they remain compliant and consistent in practice.
- Create clear documentation and practical guidance on HR processes and best practices.
- Work with different stakeholders asynchronously on workforce planning and administrative projects.
- Use HR expertise to contribute to AI-focused research and enterprise-level assignments.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on background in HR operations, hiring support, or administrative leadership.
- Working knowledge of payroll tools, benefits administration, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- Excellent attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
