Role Summary

This position is responsible for supporting the delivery of operational Global Business Services (GBS) People Services for the India centre within a regional scope. The role requires strong operational expertise in serving employees, while continuously improving service delivery in line with evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the operational delivery and performance of regional People Services processes within scope.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key business partners and stakeholders while delivering core People Services.
  • Guide and oversee Team Leads and service delivery teams to ensure high-quality customer support and consistent service outcomes, including outsourced vendor support.
  • Ensure activities remain compliant with group policies, local and regional legal requirements, procedures, and risk controls.
  • Partner with process owners to manage change requests and transition updates into live operations.
  • Prepare and share operational reports, metrics, and KPIs with internal teams and key customers to track accountability, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 15 years of experience in HR service delivery.
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Experience leading and supporting teams in a large HR service operations environment; payroll knowledge is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of lean process management and continuous improvement practices.
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and enabling technologies used in HR service operations.
  • Prior experience in transitioning HR processes in-house from a third-party vendor.
  • Proven background in service management and delivering service excellence.
