Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering strategic people initiatives that support business expansion, workforce planning, and long-term talent requirements. The position focuses on attracting, developing, and keeping high-performing employees while building an inclusive and performance-driven culture. In this role, you will work directly with senior leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, enhance the company’s reputation as an employer, and ensure all HR activities comply with internal standards and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement forward-looking HR plans that support the company’s long-range goals.
  • Work with senior management to advise on growth planning and overall talent strategy.
  • Lead modern hiring approaches to bring in strong candidates across different levels and functions.
  • Build employer branding efforts that strengthen the organization’s appeal in the market.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to identify and select candidates aligned with company culture and objectives.
  • Develop succession planning systems that help create a reliable future leadership bench.
  • Promote a workplace environment centered on excellence, innovation, and inclusion.
  • Handle employee issues thoughtfully and ensure company standards are followed.
  • Run engagement programs, review employee feedback, and turn insights into practical improvements.
  • Review and guide compensation and benefits approaches to support attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, pay equity expectations, and internal HR policies.
  • Draft, improve, and maintain HR policies that support strategic business priorities.
  • Plan and deliver training initiatives that support employee development and leadership growth.
  • Oversee performance management processes so they reflect business goals and individual contribution.
  • Advise on performance improvement plans and broader talent development actions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A master’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline is required.
  • Professional credentials such as CIPD are considered an advantage.
  • At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial exposure to senior leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong background in talent acquisition and hiring across multiple areas.
  • Proven leadership ability with strong strategic thinking and team development skills.
  • Excellent analytical ability to evaluate business needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR industry best practices.
  • Experience with advanced HR platforms, tools, and analytics for better efficiency and decision-making.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex assignments and competing priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Additional Information

This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is offered as a full-time onsite role.
