Job description
Role overview
Sensori is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day people operations across the business. This position combines employee support, HR administration, policy coordination, employee relations, performance processes, and wider project work.
What you will do
- Prepare weekly TMS reports, reconcile hours, and coordinate payment-related hours.
- Keep internal HR and department documents updated and well organised.
- Monitor and manage the shared HR inbox.
- Support employee relations activity and help resolve staff concerns proactively.
- Help administer policies and procedures while ensuring staff follow them.
- Support formal investigations, including taking accurate notes.
- Assist with onboarding tasks such as reference checks, starter packs, document collection, and arranging IT equipment and setup.
- Deliver company induction sessions when needed.
- Support offboarding by conducting exit interviews and confirming return of company property.
- Work with the training team to identify required mandatory training.
- Assist with Personal Development Plans and Performance Improvement Plans.
- Track probation reviews so they are completed on schedule.
- Contribute to reviewing company policies and procedures.
- Research employment law updates and share relevant legislative changes with the team.
- Maintain strict compliance with data protection and GDPR requirements.
- Help the wider team with routine tasks and ad hoc HR support as needed.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in employment law and ongoing HR development, be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, and be able to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using TMS software for reporting are required. Experience in the facilities sector is helpful but not mandatory.
Qualifications
A degree in Human Resources or a CIPD qualification is required. The role also calls for at least 3 years of experience in a similar, fast-paced HR position.
