Job description
Role overview
This position sits within a high-performing Workforce Team in Perth and supports HR operations on a global scale. The role is centred on providing dependable administrative assistance across employee lifecycle activities, while maintaining a high level of service for employees, leaders, and HR partners.
The assignment is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. It is based in Perth city, in an office setting, with hybrid work flexibility available once the role is established. Working hours are standard Monday to Friday, and the workplace is in modern high-rise premises.
This opportunity is best suited to someone who has already worked in HR administration, brings strong accuracy and communication skills, and is comfortable handling a busy workload.
Key duties
- Partner with HR Business Partners, leaders, and employees on day-to-day HR transactions and changes.
- Prepare employment agreements and other HR-related documents.
- Update employee and contractual information in HR systems.
- Interpret and process remuneration-related changes.
- Handle employee questions and requests through the case management platform.
- Keep employee files, records, and supporting documentation up to date and accurate.
- Contribute to process improvements that reduce manual administration.
- Juggle multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Required background and skills
Applicants should have prior experience in HR administration, along with exposure to an enterprise HRIS. The role also calls for someone who can manage substantial administrative volumes while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with stakeholders across the business. Good organisation, the ability to prioritise, a proactive mindset, and comfort managing competing deadlines are also important.
Experience with SuccessFactors or SAP is preferred. Familiarity with Oracle or another large ERP platform will be viewed positively, and ServiceNow experience is an added advantage.
Additional information
This is a Perth city office-based position with flexibility for work from home or hybrid arrangements once the role is fully established. The work pattern is Monday to Friday.
