TouchPoint Support Services is looking to add full-time Housekeepers immediately at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, Wisconsin. This position supports a healthcare environment by keeping patient-facing and common areas clean, orderly, and ready for use.
Work location and schedule
The job is based at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital, 1506 South Oneida Street, Appleton, WI 54915. Applications are accepted online only. The schedule is full time, with days that may change. The shift is in the second shift window from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and weekends rotate. Additional schedule details will be shared during the interview.
Compensation
The pay rate for this role is $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.

What the job involves
This position centers on light cleaning work in hospitals and similar settings to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment. The role includes routine room care, floor maintenance, linen handling, trash removal, and responding to cleaning-related needs as they arise.
Key duties
- Deliver attentive, detail-oriented service to customers and guests.
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery when needed.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Clean metal fixtures and other fittings.
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a hygienic way.
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Wipe glass surfaces clean.
- Make beds and replace linens as required.
- Arrange furniture and amenities according to the approved layout.
- Handle guest questions and special requests.
- Respond to housekeeping issues such as spills or broken glass.
- Support team goals and maintain a professional attitude with guests, coworkers, and others.
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
Requirements and notes
Prior housekeeping experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without a reasonable accommodation. Some positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening. The company also notes that it operates a drug-free workplace.
