Helicopter Captain - Sikorsky S92

Role overview

This position involves command responsibility for helicopter operations supporting VIP and VVIP transport missions. The focus is on maintaining safe, compliant, and highly professional flight operations at all times.

Key duties

• Follow all required operating procedures and checklists in line with aviation regulations, company manuals, SOPs, and security rules.
• Apply every necessary safety measure throughout all stages of flight.
• Confirm the aircraft is airworthy and that all mandatory documents, equipment, and operational approvals are current and available.
• Complete detailed pre-flight preparation, including risk evaluation, weather review, and mission briefings to support safe execution.
• Assign tasks to crew members and any other appropriate personnel.
• Promote effective teamwork and make sure all relevant stakeholders have the information they need to carry out their duties safely and efficiently.

Qualifications and experience

• Valid type rating on the Sikorsky S-92.
• About 1,000 hours on type is preferred.
• At least 3,000 total helicopter flight hours.
• Minimum 500 hours of Pilot-in-Command experience.
• At least 100 PIC hours on type.
• Proven background in multi-crew helicopter operations.
• Prior VIP or VVIP helicopter flying experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of aviation rules, flight operations procedures, and safety management practices.
• Good command of English.
• Well-developed communication skills.
• Strong leadership capability.
• Comfortable working in complex, high-pressure environments.
