Role overview

An opening is available for a Healthcare Assistant to join the St Ives/Hunts District Nursing Community Team. The role involves carrying out delegated tasks to support the needs of service users in their own homes.

You will receive training and day-to-day supervision from registered professionals, and you will work in line with an individual care plan tailored to each person’s needs. This is a strong opportunity for someone who is experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic about community-based care.
