The team

You will join the Front Office team, a lively and guest-centric group dedicated to delivering smooth arrivals, organized departures, and consistently memorable guest interactions. In this role, you will report to the Front Office Supervisor and work in close coordination with Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Bell Services to maintain a seamless hospitality experience.

Role overview

As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests and act as a strong representative of the hotel’s service standards. Your focus will be on making every stay feel effortless, tailored, and memorable from arrival to departure. You will handle reservation accuracy, guest account management, inquiries, and issue resolution with professionalism and care, helping drive both guest satisfaction and front office performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome guests efficiently and process arrivals and departures in line with service standards.
  • Stay alert to guest needs, respond to questions quickly, and consistently maintain positive guest relations.
  • Address complaints calmly and professionally to achieve a satisfactory outcome for the guest.
  • Keep guest folios accurate, handle payment processing, and follow all cashiering rules and procedures.
  • Share guest details, special requests, and VIP information with the appropriate departments.
  • Update room allocations, reservation changes, and daily status reports with precision and care.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a Front Desk Agent role or another guest-facing position. You should be highly detail-oriented and able to work quickly and accurately, even when under pressure. Comfort with property management systems and the ability to retrieve and enter information efficiently is important. Strong English communication skills are essential, and knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage. You should be capable of working independently as well as within a team, while consistently maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Adaptability, organization, and composure in a fast-paced environment are also key.
