Job description

About Enterprise Mobility

Enterprise Mobility is a global, family-run mobility company with a turnover of $39 billion, almost 90,000 employees, and a presence in 95 countries. Under CEO Chrissy Taylor, the third generation of the Taylor family, the business is focused on long-term growth and stability for both its people and customers.

Programme Overview

This graduate management programme is designed to help you build leadership capability and progress toward branch management in one of the retail operations, potentially within two years. Many of the organisation’s senior leaders, including the current CEO, started in this same position.

From the outset, you will receive structured support and practical exposure across multiple parts of the business, including customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Why This Role

The role offers performance-related rewards and clear opportunities to move up through the organisation. The company follows a promote-from-within approach, so career growth can continue without needing to change employers.

Learning and development are central to the programme, with classroom-based training, hands-on experience, and mentoring all forming part of your development journey.

The workplace is designed to welcome different perspectives and backgrounds, with an emphasis on inclusion and diverse thinking.

Responsibilities

On joining, you will take on meaningful responsibility and gain exposure to the full business operation. Your development will cover:

  • Customer service: managing reservations, answering queries, and creating positive experiences for a wide range of customers.
  • Sales and marketing: building relationships with local business partners and expanding your professional network.
  • Financial management: learning the basics of business finance, including cost awareness and reading profit and loss statements.
  • Operations and logistics: supporting fleet management, strategic planning, and performance improvement.
  • Leadership development: mentoring, training, and helping to develop team members, with the chance to lead and progress into management.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant professional experience may be accepted instead.
  • A full manual driving licence from the Republic of Ireland, UK, or EU is required; reasonable adjustments can be made for applicants who are unable to drive because of a disability.
  • Applicants must not have any drug- or alcohol-related offence recorded on their driving history within the last five years.

Additional Information

  • The role cannot support an employment permit application because it is not eligible under the current permit rules.
  • Selection will be based on performance against the company’s competencies, regardless of socio-economic background, university, subject, or degree.
  • Applicants should inform the company of any accommodations needed during the recruitment process.
  • Candidates should submit only one application for the location where they live or plan to work; multiple applications across locations may slow down processing.
  • This posting applies only to candidates seeking roles in Sligo.
