Job description
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who is passionate about turning digital product ideas into market-ready solutions. The role is centered on leading low-code and no-code delivery for fast-moving products, working with technologies such as bubble.io, Webflow, and Integromat. The team builds digital products quickly, aiming to help startups and established companies bring new ideas to market in weeks rather than months.
The organization is a growing low-code specialist based in Hamburg and works with modern product teams to accelerate innovation.
What you will do
- Lead projects from kickoff through completion and take ownership of delivery and quality.
- Coordinate and guide project teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Work closely with stakeholders and clients, not only providing updates but also offering consultation and practical input.
- Stay on top of timelines, outputs, and overall progress to ensure planned milestones are met.
- Identify risks early and prepare effective countermeasures before issues affect delivery.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience managing multiple digital projects end to end.
- Comfort with agile ways of working, including ticket-based collaboration and tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or Miro.
- Strong planning and coordination abilities, including scheduling and organizing events or workflows.
- A solution-focused mindset with the ability to respond quickly and effectively.
- Good communication skills and a goal-oriented approach.
Benefits
- Become part of a young, maker-focused team with certified no-code specialists across Webflow, bubble.io, Shopify, and Integromat.
- Receive training support to help you grow into a strong no-code professional.
- Eligible for a performance-based bonus system that distributes 10% of annual profits among the team.
- Annual learning budget of €1,000 for workshops, courses, and other skill-building events.
- Work from a modern 200m² office in a prime Hamburg location, designed with both relaxation and productive work in mind.
- Participate in team dinners, TGIF meetings, after-work gatherings, and meetup activities.
- Enjoy a hybrid working setup, with Mondays offered as remote by default if preferred.
Additional information
The company operates from a newly designed office in Hamburg’s Mittelweg area. The space is arranged over two floors, with the lower level used for breaks and informal time and the upper level set up for focused, creative work.
