About the Role
This position sits at the heart of store leadership and carries full ownership of the business. The role acts as the brand’s ambassador in the local market while ensuring the store delivers strong overall performance. A major focus is creating an exceptional client journey, staying visible on the sales floor, and guiding the team to meet and exceed store targets. The role also involves coaching the store team and supporting future leaders through succession planning and internal development.

Business Responsibilities
- Strengthen sales results and actively push the store to reach higher performance.
- Create and roll out business plans that support growth and store objectives.
- Lead the team toward strong KPI achievement.
- Represent the brand locally and spot new ways to increase store traffic, win new clients, and build lasting brand loyalty.
- Remain active on the sales floor to ensure clients receive the right level of attention and service.
- Encourage omnichannel growth through the team.
- Manage operating costs and keep the store within budget.
Customer Responsibilities
- Build a client-first culture by developing reliable and long-term customer relationships.
- Deliver a high standard of client satisfaction and service quality.
- Work with internal teams to execute clienteling activities and events that strengthen loyalty and increase spend.
- Promote a strong private appointment culture.
Team Responsibilities
- Encourage an entrepreneurial mindset and a team-oriented culture through clear communication and strong organization.
- Keep the team informed and prepared on key company updates, product knowledge, local market trends, competitors, policies, and procedures.
- Attract and hire strong talent by networking and actively scouting the market.
Retail Responsibilities
- Build an effective sales strategy in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations.
- Ensure store presentation is attractive to clients and supports sales in line with company standards.
- Take part in buying sessions when needed and provide useful product feedback based on store requirements.
- Maintain strong coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Oversee company procedures related to cash handling, inventory, logistics, and reporting requirements from head office.
Events Responsibilities
- Partner with the Retail Events Office to plan local events.
- Set ambitious yet practical client targets for events.
- Suggest fresh event opportunities in collaboration with local stakeholders and influencers.
Knowledge and Skills
The ideal candidate should be commercially focused, confident in leading teams, and able to influence others effectively. They should bring a strong service mindset, be comfortable welcoming clients, and demonstrate maturity, positivity, and assertiveness. Strong organization, attention to detail, product and market awareness, and a genuine interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design are all important. English fluency is required, and additional languages are an advantage. A business or retail management degree, or an equivalent background, is considered a plus.
