This position is part of the spa team in Doha and focuses on creating a polished, memorable guest experience. The role supports day-to-day spa operations and helps ensure each visitor receives attentive, professional service throughout their visit.
What you will do
The spa service expert contributes across several guest-facing and operational tasks. Typical duties include promoting spa treatments and retail offerings, arranging reservations, confirming appointments, answering service-related questions, welcoming guests, and handling payments so that each transaction feels seamless and part of the overall experience.
The role also requires consistent attention to workplace safety, adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards in quality, appearance, and communication. The job involves extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting, movement across uneven or slippery surfaces, working with reservation systems, and handling light physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping within stated weight limits.
