Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance with full profit and loss responsibility, including budget oversight and expense control related to supplies, operations, and wages.
• Strategize revenue growth initiatives effectively.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining brand standards and sustaining a strong Net Promoter Score.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development efforts to build high-performing, satisfied teams across spa, medSPA, and concierge departments.
• Supervise medSPA operations in partnership with the Medical Director, driving revenue growth and managing inventory within budget.
• Support concierge teams in delivering on-brand guest interactions, meeting sales, rebooking, and membership goals.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace by addressing employee relations and ensuring labor law compliance.
• Coordinate local marketing efforts, community partnerships, events, and social media promotions to bolster spa awareness and utilization.
• Maintain operational excellence through daily adherence to brand standards, inventory management, scheduling, and health/safety compliance.
• Drive talent management processes including hiring, onboarding, succession planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies aligned with company utilization targets.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated leadership of large, multi-functional teams in hospitality, retail, wellness, or related service sectors.
• Proven skills in coaching managers and fostering employee performance.
• Strong financial literacy with experience managing budgets, labor costs, and profitability.
• Commitment to superior guest service and relationship building.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simultaneously handle strategic planning and hands-on leadership duties.
• Adaptability to respond clearly and calmly in high-pressure scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five years managing teams of 50 or more personnel.
• Track record of P+L accountability, revenue growth, and luxury guest experience management.
• Self-driven with capability to operate autonomously and collaboratively.
• Proficient in leadership-related systems and able to provide protocol support.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary between $90,000 and $95,000 plus performance bonuses.
