Key Responsibilities

Manage financial performance with full profit and loss responsibility, including budget oversight and expense control related to supplies, operations, and wages.
Strategize revenue growth initiatives effectively.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining brand standards and sustaining a strong Net Promoter Score.
Lead recruitment, training, and development efforts to build high-performing, satisfied teams across spa, medSPA, and concierge departments.
Supervise medSPA operations in partnership with the Medical Director, driving revenue growth and managing inventory within budget.
Support concierge teams in delivering on-brand guest interactions, meeting sales, rebooking, and membership goals.
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace by addressing employee relations and ensuring labor law compliance.
Coordinate local marketing efforts, community partnerships, events, and social media promotions to bolster spa awareness and utilization.
Maintain operational excellence through daily adherence to brand standards, inventory management, scheduling, and health/safety compliance.
Drive talent management processes including hiring, onboarding, succession planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies aligned with company utilization targets.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrated leadership of large, multi-functional teams in hospitality, retail, wellness, or related service sectors.
Proven skills in coaching managers and fostering employee performance.
Strong financial literacy with experience managing budgets, labor costs, and profitability.
Commitment to superior guest service and relationship building.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simultaneously handle strategic planning and hands-on leadership duties.
Adaptability to respond clearly and calmly in high-pressure scenarios.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of five years managing teams of 50 or more personnel.
Track record of P+L accountability, revenue growth, and luxury guest experience management.
Self-driven with capability to operate autonomously and collaboratively.
Proficient in leadership-related systems and able to provide protocol support.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary between $90,000 and $95,000 plus performance bonuses.
