Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to maintain the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service within the department.
- Innovate ways to boost sales and enhance departmental standards continuously.
- Foster a positive work atmosphere among team members.
- Manage shift scheduling and oversee operational activities within the department.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and management targets.
- Maintain up-to-date HACCP documentation and consistently perform well in annual health and safety audits.
- Address any customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven leadership qualities with strong experience in food retail and sales management.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Comprehensive understanding of HACCP standards and food safety legislation.
- Strong ability to motivate and develop team members.
