Role overview
Mindrift is seeking a highly adaptable Graphic Designer to contribute to the Tendem project and support specialized data-scraping workflows inside a hybrid AI plus human setup. The work centers on transforming rough ideas into polished, professional visual outputs with the help of Tendem Agents that take care of repetitive steps.
This is a part-time remote freelance opportunity suited to creative professionals who have practical experience in visual communication, page layout, and producing a range of marketing assets.

What the role involves
As a Graphic Designer on this project, you will work on layouts, infographics, social media templates, and overall visual refinement. The position calls for an all-round designer who can organize information clearly using standard industry tools and strong design judgment.
Key responsibilities
- Create tidy layouts, contemporary infographics, and a strong visual hierarchy that keeps content easy to read and engaging.
- Develop flexible, reusable templates for different social media platforms, along with effective one-pagers.
- Improve everyday materials through refined typography, disciplined grid use, and careful composition.
- Convert raw data and abstract ideas into polished visual assets suited to marketing and communication needs.
- Maintain design quality by checking alignment, color consistency, and layout accuracy before delivery.

Applicants must submit an English-language CV that includes a portfolio link showing examples of graphic design work. Applications without a portfolio link, or without relevant design samples, will not be considered.
Work model and project nature
This is project-based freelance work. Assignments are only available when projects are active. Depending on your profile and available opportunities, you may be invited to participate in one or more projects.
To begin, candidates must apply, complete the qualification process, and then may be selected for work that matches their skills. The setup allows you to contribute on your own schedule.
Time commitment
During active project phases, the expected workload is about 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and not a guaranteed number of hours.
Compensation
Contributors can earn up to the equivalent of $50 per hour on this project, depending on experience and pace of work. Pay may vary across other projects based on scope, complexity, and the expertise required.
