What You’ll Do
As a Field Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring a superior customer experience during vehicle drop-offs. Your responsibilities will include meticulously completing customer paperwork and maintaining detailed records in our tracking system. A key aspect of this role involves operating a specialized single-car hauler (flatbed truck) to deliver customer purchases directly to their homes. Comprehensive training will be provided, and no commercial driver's license is required for operating the hauler. You will also be responsible for safely loading and unloading customer vehicles onto the hauler, a process that requires some physical engagement. Regular inspections of the car hauler will be necessary to confirm its mechanical soundness, ensuring reliable service for our customers. Prioritizing safe driving practices and maintaining a clean driving record are paramount. Additionally, you will contribute to a collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues with various tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a genuine passion for automobiles, coupled with practical automotive knowledge. We are looking for individuals with at least two years of experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to creating exceptional customer interactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will often be the initial point of contact for customers. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting is crucial. A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for transforming the automotive industry are highly valued. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings and weekends, and a willingness to work on-site at our New Westminster location.
