About the Role
The Shuttler Driver role on the Production team in Mississauga is focused on moving vehicles smoothly through Clutch’s onboarding and reconditioning workflow. The position helps keep inventory ready by transferring vehicles safely and promptly between vendors, storage sites, and Clutch facilities.
What You’ll Do
- Move vehicles between vendors, storage yards, and Clutch locations.
- Assist with vehicle onboarding activities and detailing support when needed.
- Help arrange vehicles in the warehouse and outdoor parking areas.
- Carry out basic vehicle inspections and flag any damage or concerns.
- Handle vehicles in a safe manner while following company procedures.
- Keep vehicle movement records accurate and up to date.
- Work toward daily shuttle and turnaround targets.
- Collaborate with the Production team to maintain inventory readiness.
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of high school or an equivalent credential.
- Valid G2 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Comfort and capability with manual transmission vehicles.
- Prior experience in driving, warehousing, or logistics is an advantage.
- Strong focus on detail and safety.
- A dependable, accountable person who can work alone or with others.

- A customer-oriented approach is needed when dealing with vendors and partners.
- You should be comfortable working outdoors and in a busy, fast-moving setting.

Employment Type
This is a permanent full-time position.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour. In addition, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, and dependent coverage beginning on day one. Pay is determined based on skills, performance, market benchmarks, responsibilities, and working conditions.
