Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down various areas such as storage units, hallways, and restrooms.
• Manage the disposal of trash and ensure waste areas are kept tidy.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, proactively requesting replenishment when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative as a self-starter.

Work Environment

This role involves moderate risks and discomforts that necessitate adherence to specific safety protocols. This may include working in proximity to operational machinery, exposure to fumes or chemicals, and the mandatory use of protective equipment such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands

The position requires a degree of physical exertion, including extended periods of standing and moving, navigating outdoor spaces, and maneuvering to access objects at different heights. Employees may also be required to move equipment weighing up to 50lbs, with or without assistance.
