Role Overview
The Enterprise Sales Representative will manage a portfolio of potential clients within the Nordic region, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to attract prospects, build compelling ROI cases, present value-based solutions, negotiate contracts, and facilitate successful deal closures.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage a defined list of target prospect accounts in the Nordic market with identified needs aligned to our offerings.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management, Client Success, and Product teams to execute engagement plans.
- Initiate early-stage lead engagement, access key decision-makers facing relevant challenges, and open strategic discussions addressing these issues.
- Communicate the value proposition clearly and envision a partnership solution that meets discovered pain points.
- Guide sponsors through demonstrating ROI, trial or proof of concept, and securing executive approval.
- Negotiate pricing terms and multi-year contract agreements effectively.
- Continuously provide market feedback to adapt business strategies tailored to Nordic demand.
- Ensure smooth transitions to Account Management for sustained, long-term client relationships.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of four years’ experience in new business sales, preferably engaging with the Nordic market.
- Proficiency in one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) alongside professional-level English is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or legal discipline.
- Strong advocate of Challenger and Solution Selling methodologies within a SaaS business context.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset and willingness to experiment with sales approaches.
- Capability to identify latent opportunities and convert them into substantial revenue.
