Job Summary
We are seeking Detail Specialists to join our team in Lakeland, FL. This role involves maintaining facility standards to ensure high-quality service, providing exceptional customer satisfaction through excellent service and products, and responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities include driving, detailing, and cleaning vehicles to meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vehicle detailing, including washing exteriors with specialized cleaning solutions.
- Apply wax and buff vehicles to enhance appearance using appropriate tools and machines.
- Thoroughly vacuum vehicle interiors to remove dirt and debris.
- Clean upholstery and interior surfaces meticulously.
- Utilize air compressors and cloths for drying and applying protective chemicals to surfaces.
- Potentially use dyes, paints, and waxes for leather and fabric protection.
- Clean and degrease engines and engine compartments as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detailing facility.
- Ensure customer vehicles are treated with the utmost care and respect.
- Drive and move vehicles as required during the detailing process.
- Adhere strictly to uniform and grooming standards.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by management to meet operational needs.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.

- Capability to work with and move numerous vehicles daily.
- Proficient use of OSHA-approved cleaning agents and waxes.
- Requires continuous flexing of the spine, hands, wrists, and fingers.
- Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must possess clear vision and hearing for detailed work and communication.
- Ability to identify and correct minor imperfections in detailing work.
- Capacity to quality inspect personal work and that of colleagues.
- Must work with a sense of urgency to respect customer time.
Working Conditions
- This is a physically demanding role requiring constant movement, including bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and entering/exiting vehicles repeatedly.
