About the Role

Key Duties

  • Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Work towards achieving key performance indicators with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Lead, inspire, and grow the store's team members.
  • Uphold a high standard of presentation across the shop floor.
  • Ensure stock levels are consistently sufficient to meet customer demand.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.

Candidate Profile

  • Completion of Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years of management experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of a valid full driving license.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a varied, high-tempo environment with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Availability and flexibility to work diverse shifts.
  • Experience as an Assistant Store Manager is advantageous but not mandatory if the candidate possesses the right approach.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary starting at €51,000 and increasing to €60,000 after three years of service.
