Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a district, overseeing all Store Managers under your direction.
  • Create and maintain a positive, motivated work atmosphere encouraging teamwork and effective collaboration.
  • Coach, support, and develop the Store Managers in your district to maximize their potential.
  • Analyze and optimize inventory flow and stock management.
  • Conduct regular district visits alongside the Sales Operations Director.
  • Perform routine cash management audits across stores.
  • Contribute to business projects through analysis and providing constructive feedback.
  • Supervise store refurbishments, new store launches, and re-openings.
  • Develop and enforce annual business strategies tailored to your district.
  • Plan key performance indicators and staffing structures for stores within your district.
  • Implement company-wide strategic initiatives at the district level.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in Area Manager meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a 2.1 degree in any field or at least three years of managerial experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, planning, and analytical abilities.
  • Possession of a valid full driving license.
  • Highly organized, motivated, flexible, and able to lead by example.
  • Experience working in fast-moving retail or similar environments.
  • Demonstrated success in motivating and managing teams.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for a career in retail management.
  • Experience as an Area Manager with multi-site oversight is an advantage.
