About the Role

Key Duties
- Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations ensuring smooth functioning.
- Work towards achieving key performance indicators with a results-oriented mindset.
- Lead, inspire, and grow the store's team members.
- Uphold a high standard of presentation across the shop floor.
- Ensure stock levels are consistently sufficient to meet customer demand.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
Candidate Profile
- Completion of Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of management experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a valid full driving license.
- Enthusiasm for working in a varied, high-tempo environment with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Availability and flexibility to work diverse shifts.
- Experience as an Assistant Store Manager is advantageous but not mandatory if the candidate possesses the right approach.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary starting at €51,000 and increasing to €60,000 after three years of service.
- Annual leave starts at 20 days, increasing to 25 days following two years with Lidl.
