Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead associates to develop meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring exceptional service and driving sales through strong product knowledge and merchandising.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels in the department to meet business demands.
• Manage team performance by providing continuous feedback, facilitating communication, and recognizing achievements.
• Analyze sales and operational reports and collaborate with assistant managers to suggest improvements in inventory management, overhead organization, and cross-merchandising strategies.
• Ensure full stock availability and adherence to overhead organizational plans.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Communicate store promotions, sales events, and initiatives through department meetings and team rallies.
• Uphold all safety and asset protection protocols, ensuring team awareness and compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Willingness to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $23.45 to $25.70 per hour.
