Responsibilities

Motivate and lead associates to develop meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring exceptional service and driving sales through strong product knowledge and merchandising.
Maintain appropriate staffing levels in the department to meet business demands.
Manage team performance by providing continuous feedback, facilitating communication, and recognizing achievements.
Analyze sales and operational reports and collaborate with assistant managers to suggest improvements in inventory management, overhead organization, and cross-merchandising strategies.
Ensure full stock availability and adherence to overhead organizational plans.
Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Communicate store promotions, sales events, and initiatives through department meetings and team rallies.
Uphold all safety and asset protection protocols, ensuring team awareness and compliance.

Candidate Profile

Willingness to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
1 to 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $23.45 to $25.70 per hour.
