Role Overview
Working alongside the Trade Counter team in Gympie, your responsibilities will include product deliveries, offering customer service to plumbers and tradespeople, and performing tasks that ensure the warehouse and counter operations run efficiently.
Key Daily Tasks
- Deliver parts and products to customers using a company vehicle.
- Perform pick packing and manage stock control activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the branch and warehouse.
- Offer customer service and provide product-related information.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service with a desire to assist customers in person and via phone.
- Ability to pick orders, manage shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information is provided.
- Comfortable using computers and eager to learn new systems.
- Possession of a clean, valid driver's license and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends.
