- Deliver products to customers in a company vehicle.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service, with confidence helping people in person and over the phone.
- Ability to pick orders, manage shop-floor presentation, and share information accurately.
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- A clean, valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends.
- Interest in building a long-term career, whether locally, across the network, or at head office.
Perks and Benefits
- Bonuses linked to performance.
- Paid annual leave.
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities to help you progress.
- Staff discounts for bathroom or kitchen renovation purchases.
- Reece Boost cashback and discounts across groceries, fuel, insurance, travel, and more.
- Paid parental leave.
Application Process
After you apply, you will be invited to a short chat-style interview. This is designed as a low-pressure first interview alternative to a standard phone screening. It includes five questions and usually takes around 15 to 20 minutes. You should aim to complete it within 24 hours, though you can pause and return later if needed. Once completed, you will receive a personality profile that outlines your strengths. If you do not see the invitation, check your junk or spam folder.

Reece Group aims to ensure fairness and offers support throughout the hiring process. If you need any adjustments or accommodations, you can contact [email protected] and the team will respond to assist you. The company also values diversity and equal opportunity across gender identity, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, and life stage.
