Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Receive and record clients' transaction details along with all necessary documentation to ensure completion of various processes.
- Review and audit all documents and records related to client transactions, verifying their accuracy and validity before proceeding.
- Follow up to retrieve any missing or incomplete documents needed to finalize client transactions.
- Issue official documents such as no-objection certificates, health certificates, licenses, and meet client requests regarding municipal services.
- Respond professionally to client inquiries about transactions, guiding them through required procedures and offering necessary support.
- Collaborate and coordinate with relevant organizational units to expedite service delivery within set deadlines for different community groups.
- Collect client feedback and complaints, working with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business Administration.
- No prior work experience is required for this role.
