Job Overview

We are offering a permanent position as a Customer Experience Advisor located in Ras Al Khaimah. This role requires a professional with a background in contact center or customer service to engage with customers and enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries efficiently through calls, chats, and emails.
  • Promote and cross-sell various banking products to meet defined sales objectives.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of banking products, procedures, and customer service protocols.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively to uphold satisfaction levels.
  • Comply with security, fraud prevention, and compliance standards within all customer interactions.
  • Document all customer engagements accurately while sustaining high service quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or contact center operations is essential.
  • Excellent communication capabilities and strong customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with banking products and processes.
  • Competence in complaint resolution and handling sensitive situations.
  • Understanding of compliance, security measures, and fraud prevention techniques in banking.
