Its mandate is centred on long-term continuity and the stewardship of a broad, high-value global asset mix that includes listed equities, commercial interests, and property holdings.
Role overview
This position is responsible for managing corporate governance and administrative support across a portfolio of Singapore-based and overseas entities. The role also serves as a key support point for senior leadership by reducing day-to-day administrative workload and ensuring portfolio matters are handled with accuracy and ownership.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full range of corporate secretarial and governance activities for assigned local and international entities.
- Plan and coordinate annual internal board meetings for small committees based in Singapore.
- Ensure statutory compliance is met, filings are completed on time, and corporate records remain accurate across several investment holding entities.
- Prepare core legal paperwork, confidentiality agreements, and internal records relating to corporate transactions, loans, and dividend matters.
- Provide proactive portfolio administration support to reduce the operational load on senior leaders.
Skills and experience required
- Prior experience in corporate secretarial work, ideally gained in a corporate services or specialist firm environment.
- Strong working knowledge of statutory compliance obligations and corporate secretarial procedures.
- Clear spoken and written English communication skills for interaction with senior internal stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly, stay composed, and remain organised when priorities change.
- A self-driven and proactive approach, with the capability to independently manage an assigned portfolio.
