About the Role
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Clinical Administrator to join the Children Young People Mental Health Service (CYPMH) admin team. This permanent, part-time, onsite position involves providing comprehensive administrative and information services to support clinical and administrative teams. The role is part of an ongoing service improvement and redesign program, which may lead to future changes in service delivery models, roles, and structures. Key Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive administration and information service to a specific clinical team.
- Coordinate activities with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and confidential service.
- Work flexibly in response to service needs, providing cover to other teams on various sites as directed by the Team Leader.
- Ensure continuity of a quality service through effective coordination and communication.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional communication skills for interacting with staff, service users, visitors, and carers.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- A good telephone manner.
