Role Summary

This is a full-time remote leadership position for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO). The person in this role will own the overall sales direction, convert business goals into a practical commercial plan, and lead revenue growth across the company’s product range and target markets.

What You Will Do

  • Set the company’s sales strategy and translate it into measurable revenue targets and growth plans.
  • Lead, guide, and develop the sales organization to improve performance and accountability.
  • Manage sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline visibility to support strong decision-making.
  • Work in close coordination with marketing, production, and finance to keep commercial activities aligned.
  • Study market shifts, customer behavior, and competitor moves to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Refine pricing, distribution channels, and go-to-market approaches to improve commercial results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with important customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Define sales KPIs and performance dashboards, and present updates to executive leadership and the Board.

What We Are Looking For

  • Deep experience in sales and sales leadership, with a history of driving steady revenue growth in FMCG, agriculture, or food-related industries.
  • Solid knowledge of sales operations such as forecasting, pipeline control, territory planning, and performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate diverse high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business judgment, with the ability to turn organizational goals into actionable sales plans.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with executive teams and external business partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA or comparable advanced qualification is preferred.
  • Exposure to the GCC or wider Middle East market is an advantage, especially with organic or agricultural products.
  • Comfort working remotely while coordinating distributed teams through digital tools and collaboration platforms.
