Role overview

This is a full-time remote leadership position focused on setting and executing the company’s long-range strategy. The Chief Strategy Officer will shape corporate direction, identify growth opportunities across organic, processed, and value-added product lines, and ensure that business plans across departments and units are aligned with overall objectives. The role also includes monitoring execution through KPIs and performance dashboards, supporting investment and partnership decisions, and contributing to strategic financial planning for major capital initiatives.

Qualifications and requirements

• Substantial executive-level experience, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in agribusiness, food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar sector is an advantage.
• Exposure to sustainability themes and organic production trends is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation ability for senior leadership and board-level discussions.
