The opportunity
Arsenal Football Club is hiring a Casual Merchandising Admin Assistant to join its Retail function and help deliver product assortments across physical stores and e-commerce. The role is central to making sure the right merchandise is in the right place at the right time, supporting strong supporter experiences.
This position is varied and fast-moving. You will work closely with Buying & Merchandising, Warehouse, Retail, Licensing, and external suppliers while supporting reporting, stock coordination, and day-to-day merchandising activity. It is also a chance to broaden your commercial understanding and grow your career in retail merchandising.

Safeguarding and checks

Key duties
- Assist with the full product lifecycle by helping the merchandising team raise, receive, and phase product ranges throughout the year.
- Support stock availability by coordinating store replenishment and moving stock across channels to help drive sales in retail and e-commerce.
- Keep colleagues updated by communicating any changes to delivery schedules and related timing updates.
- Maintain and review reports, then share clear and useful insights with the wider Retail team.
- Spot gaps in stock and look for opportunities that improve trading decisions and replenishment planning.
- Carry out price updates accurately during promotional periods and markdown activity.
- Work collaboratively with Buying & Merchandising, Licensing, and third-party suppliers in a busy operational setting.
