SAP Supply Chain & Procurement Consultant

About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a senior SAP Supply Chain and Procurement consultant to lead the Source-to-Pay and inventory management stream for an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition rollout supporting a large trading organization in Saudi Arabia. This is a broad senior-level specialist role where you will independently cover procurement, supplier management, and core inventory activities across four legal entities.

The position is mostly offshore, with travel to the client site in Riyadh for key fit-to-standard workshops, user acceptance testing, and go-live support. You will also work closely with the Finance and Integration teams, as procurement has strong dependencies with both functions in this engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops for procurement and inventory, and convert business needs into standard S/4HANA Cloud configurations.
• Configure the end-to-end flow for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipt processing.
• Set up supplier master data, purchasing agreements, and supplier evaluation or performance tracking processes.
• Handle inventory and stock management configuration for all four legal entities.
• Support integration design between Procurement (MM) and Finance (FI) in coordination with the Finance Lead.
• Define the data migration scope for vendor master records and open purchase orders with support from the Data Migration Consultant.
• Deliver end-user training for procurement and inventory users during deployment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP MM or supply chain consulting experience, including one full implementation where you served as the lead consultant.
• Practical configuration experience with procurement processes in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Strong command of the complete Source-to-Pay cycle, from requisition creation through invoice settlement.
• Hands-on exposure to basic warehouse and inventory management setup.
• Ability to work independently across a wide functional scope without relying on a large specialist team.
• Good understanding of MM and FI integration points such as goods receipt, invoice verification, and accruals.
• Preferred: prior project exposure in Saudi Arabia and familiarity with local procurement and supplier practices.
• Preferred: experience with intercompany stock transfers and subcontracting scenarios.
• Preferred: working knowledge of Arabic, either written or spoken.
• Preferred: experience in trading, distribution, or bulk commodities environments.

Additional Information

This role covers procurement, supplier management, and inventory processes across four legal entities for a major trading group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The consultant will collaborate closely with Finance and Integration workstreams and is expected to support workshops, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
